So, I tried out a new workout. Four moves, lots of reps. You are supposed to go through it four times, but I could only do two rounds. It was killer! I'll post the link later!
But now for the moment you have all been waiting for! My measurements!
waist- 30 inches
Hips- 35 inches
Chest- 32 inches
arm- 10 inches
thigh- 20.5 inches
I took these this morning. I think they look pretty good. Not where I want them to be, but getting closer! Tonight I am going to do my Kenpo X, it's one of my favorite workouts! What will YOU be doing tonight?
